BRAKE

The brake pedal in the Raptors set is an important element to achieve a realistic sim racing experience. Its unique elastomer and spring design creates non-linear response characteristics that mimic real racing car braking experiences. The load cell in the Raptors brake pedal provides precise and sensitive pressure readings, allowing drivers to perfectly adjust braking force. Additionally, the set offers the option of replacing the elastomers with springs included in the set, which allows for even greater personalization and adjustment of the pedal to the individual preferences of each player.

Characteristic

Ball bearings
Ball bearings ensure smooth and resistance-free operation of the pedals, minimizing friction and increasing the precision of movements. Thanks to them, the user experiences higher comfort
and stability during the race.
Transducers
The gas and clutch pedals use HALL sensors, the signal of which is processed by a 12-bit converter, ensuring smooth and accurate movement. In turn, the brake pedal, using a strain gauge beam, uses a 24-bit transducer, which allows for extremely precise mapping of the pressure force, necessary for a realistic braking simulation.
Regulation

- Changing the operating range of the pedal lever;

- Changing the angle of the pedal lever;

- Changing the position of the pressure spring;

- Changing the pressure spring force using a knurled knob;

- Changing the position of the pedal foot.
Connection
In the Raptors pedal set, the main controller is located in the gas pedal, which is the central point of the entire system. The remaining pedals - brake and clutch - are connected to it via cables equipped with convenient Jack terminals. This design allows for easy and quick installation and ensures a stable and reliable connection between the pedals.
