She focuses on scaling the business, managing the team, and creating a culture that supports drivers and grows the global simracing community.

Adrian Woźniak

Adrian has been designing and developing projects for over 10 years, combining engineering with a passion for innovation. He collaborates with professional drivers from real-world motorsports and simracing, transferring their experience to AWIN Racing products. As CPO, he sets the direction for development, and together with our CTO, he forms a team that achieves the impossible.

CMO AWIN Racing

Wally Kozerski

A visionary and marketer with 13 years of experience, he created the "From Zero to Driver" project, which aims to become the Polish Champion by 2033. After two years of training on a simulator, he made his competitive karting debut and is now P4 overall in the Rotax DD2 Masters and an ambassador for Rotax Poland.
Obsessed with racing, he combines marketing and motorsport, creating a passion project. As CMO, he is building AWIN Racing's strategy, striving to make AWIN the best company in the world.

Dawid has been a professional sim racer and driver coach for 15 years, including F1 contenders like Kacper Sztuka. His driving knowledge is the foundation of AWIN's quality and a key source of insight. As CTO, he ensures our equipment replicates the real-world feel of the track and meets the needs of drivers at every level.
